The Story Behind Ali’i Kona Coffee

Thirty years ago, Ali, the founder of Ali’i Kona Coffee, designed and built his plantation style home in the middle of coffee farms in the town of Holualoa at the foothill of Hualalai mountain, where you can find the best of Kona Coffee. He learned a lot about Kona coffee as a result of designing buildings for processing coffee beans. Some of them for families who have been coffee farmers for decades in Hawaii.
