Official Contest Rules
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY — A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
- ELIGIBILITY — Open to legal residents of the eligible region, age 18 or older at time of entry. Employees of the sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
- ENTRY PERIOD — The contest begins on the 1st day of each month at 12:00 AM and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59 PM (local time). Entries received outside this period are void.
- HOW TO ENTER — Follow the entry instructions on the promotion page. One entry per person per month. Automated, bulk, or third-party entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or undeliverable entries.
- PRIZE — Describe the prize(s) and approximate retail value (ARV) here. Prize is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- ODDS — Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- WINNER SELECTION — The winner will be selected in a random drawing held within 5 business days after the end of the entry period. The winner will be notified by email and must respond within 5 days, or an alternate winner will be drawn.
- TAXES — All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- PUBLICITY — By entering, winners grant the sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, where permitted by law.
- GENERAL CONDITIONS — Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud or technical failure compromises its integrity. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY — Sponsor is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the contest or acceptance/use of any prize.
- GOVERNING LAW — The contest and these rules are governed by the laws of the sponsor's jurisdiction, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
- SPONSOR — List the sponsor's legal name and address.
- A copy of these rules is available upon request by contacting the sponsor.
